# Digital Worker list

> See, search and manage every Digital Worker in the workspace

Open **My Digital Workers** under **Build** in the navigation bar to see every Digital Worker in the workspace - this is where you keep track of which Digital Workers are serving, which are still drafts, and where you act on each one.

![Agent list](https://mintcdn.com/fpt-15dbd015/ZZ_AlSQhekpFaExV/images/eos/en_agent_list.jpg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=ZZ_AlSQhekpFaExV\&q=85\&s=7767ca85b6955f0c35a1165bcee0c71b)

## Filter by status

Four tabs sit above the list, each showing how many Digital Workers it holds:

| Tab | Shows |
| - | - |
| **All** | Every Digital Worker you have in the workspace |
| **Published** | Digital Workers that have been published and are serving |
| **Drafts** | Digital Workers still being built, never published |
| **Shared** | Digital Workers another workspace has shared with you |

> [!NOTE]
>
> An empty **Shared** tab simply means no workspace has shared a Digital Worker with you yet.

## Search

The search box to the right of the tabs matches **Digital Worker names and descriptions**. Results filter within the tab you currently have open.

## What a Digital Worker card shows

| Element | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Avatar and name** | Quick identification |
| **Status** | `Active` once the Digital Worker is published and serving |
| **Short description** | A summary of what the Digital Worker does |
| **Last updated** | The most recent edit, for example *19 hours ago*, *2 weeks ago* |

Click a card to open the Digital Worker's detail page.

## Quick actions on a Digital Worker

Click the **⋯** button in the bottom right corner of any card:

| Action | Result |
| - | - |
| **Edit** | Opens the Digital Worker builder |
| **Duplicate** | Creates a copy you can edit separately, leaving the original untouched |
| **Delete** | Removes the Digital Worker from the workspace |

> [!WARNING]
>
> Think twice before you **Delete** - unpublish the Digital Worker first and check that nobody is still using it.
